Hi, I thought this would be useful
Before anything else, you MUST Have a Realtime Monitoring Software, Which keeps Spyware/adware/maware out of bay, Most of the RT-AS Softwares are paid, however, MS's own Windows Defender (beta2) is free and very effective, you can download it from HERE
(6MB) My personal favorite software (and the one is use) is Spyware Blaster, It doesn't remove Spyware, it makes sure it doesn't get installed in the first place, It also stops installing of tracking cookies and annoying search bars( e.g My WebSearch by 180 Web Solutions), It has extensive support for Mozilla Firefox and IE 6.0. Best of all it's a freeware! You can download it from HERE

I cant tell you how many idiots, and yes, I'm going to call you people idiots, sent me chain letters for Hotmail or MSN saying that if you dont reply to such and such an email, Hotmail will close your account. Or Hotmail is removing inactive accounts so you have to reply to an email in order to show your account is still active. You people are idiots. I block everyone that sends me chain mail, and I personally slap (I've actually done this) people that believe in that garbage. Stop sending chain mail people, you make the internet cheaper for doing so.
