What is this tool?
This tool finds the number of people that have links to your site on the major search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN).

Why is it useful?
Having a large amount of people linking your site means that your site is somewhat popular. The more people that you have linking your website, the higher your page rank will become and more people can be expected to visit your site.
